چکیده
This paper deals with the problem of stability and stabilization of 2D delayed continuous systems with saturation on the control. Improved delay depedent stability condition taken from recent literature is firstly extended to the case of 2D systems. Second, delay depedent stabilizability condition is deduced. The synthesis of stabilizing saturating state feedback controllers for such systems is then given. A set of allowed delays for both directions of the state is computed. All involved conditions are given under LMI's formalism. Examples are worked to show the effectiveness of the approach. Stabilization of Networked Control Systems with Variable Delays and Saturating Inputs
In this paper, improved conditions for the synthesis of static state-feedback controller are derived to stabilize networked control systems (NCSs) subject to actuator saturation. Both of the data packet latency and dropout which deteriorate the performance of the closed-loop system are considered in the NCS model via variable delays. Two different techniques are employed to incorporate actuator...
متن کاملNew Approach to Exponential Stability Analysis and Stabilization for Delayed T-S Fuzzy Markovian Jump Systems
This paper is concerned with delay-dependent exponential stability analysis and stabilization for continuous-time T-S fuzzy Markovian jump systems with mode-dependent time-varying delay. By constructing a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and utilizing some advanced techniques, less conservative conditions are presented to guarantee the closed-loop system is mean-square exponentially stable....
متن کاملPD Controller Design with H¥ Performance for Linear Systems with Input Delay
This paper presents H∞ control problem for input-delayed systems. A neutral system approach is considered to the design of PD controller for input delay systems in presence of uncertain time-invariant delay. Using this approach, the resulting closed-loop system turns into a specific time-delay system of neutral type. The significant specification of this neutral system is that its delayed coeff...
متن کاملSemi-discretization and the time-delayed PDA feedback control of human balance
An important question for human balance control concerns how the differential equations for the neural control of balance should be formulated. In this paper, we consider a discrete-time and a continuous-time delayed proportional-derivative-acceleration controller and establish the transition between them by means of the semi-discretization. We show that the critical delay, which limits stabili...
متن کاملRegional stabilization and H1 control of time-delay systems with saturating actuators
A linear parameter varying approach is introduced for the design of a constant state-feedback controller that locally stabilizes linear systems with state time-varying delays and saturating actuators and achieves a prescribed performance level for all disturbances with uniformly bounded magnitudes. A polytopic representation is used to describe the saturation behaviour. Delay-dependent sufficie...
